We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious orders
All items have a LIFETIME AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE to the original buyer. 
Plus full signed receipt with our contact details.
ALL paper work issued must be returned in the unlikely event of a claim.
All items carry a 14 day cooling off return policy from date of receipt.
Returns at buyers expense must be sent Registered Mail and any return loss or damage claim, is the responsibilty of the buyer/sender.

We describe all items with the best of intent but we are human and you may feel incorrect.
Items returned due to actual description being felt grossly incorrect we pay postage.
All other returns costs are the responsibilty of the buyer/sender.
All Items must be returned in as new condition and as sent. No Exceptions.
All items are inspected and photographed before being sent.
Damaged returns will not be refunded in full and subject to damage assessment
Paypal fees on declined or high risk flagged orders are not refundable and a £10 admin fee applies.

Any dispute over Authenticity must be accompanied by 2 Official Authenticators  written Statements saying the item is not Authentic and the reason why. This is the buyers sole basis of claim .
Any refunds are given when item is returned  and inspected to be in  as new condition and as sent.

Some items are advertised elsewhere and sold on a first come first served basis. Placing and leaving the item in your basket does not entitle ownership. A strict policy is enforced that  time of first purchase/payment received decides the buyer. This is final and non negotiable.
The item may no longer be available as we cannot monitor the site 24/7 . If sold a refund will be promptly issued

Items returned through change of mind  or no longer wanted are subject to a 15% restocking charge which will be deducted from any refund.
